During a deep tissue massage, our skilled therapists will apply firm pressure and slow strokes to target deep layers of muscle and fascia. You may experience some discomfort, but it should not be painful. Feel free to communicate with your therapist to adjust pressure as needed. Do not expect to be walked on or elbowed. Ask for a style massage such as a floor mat for other body work. 

1. Undress to your comfort level. 
All undergarments may be removed. Under 18 require parent with. Standard is a table dressed like a bed, and heat. A sheet, a blanket, a pillow, a head cradle. Faces up. Faces down.
